SVP National Police Academy recruitment for Junior Scientific Officer

SVP National Police Academy are inviting nominations for the post of Junior Scientific Officer    in the pay band-2 plus grade pay of Rs. 4600/-. The post is to be filled by transfer on transfer basis.

Name of the post: Junior Scientific Officer

Location: Hyderabad (Transfer on deputation)

Date of notification: 21st May 2013.

Last date to applications: 21st July 2013 (2 months from date of notification)

Scale of pay: Pay band - 2 (Rs. 9300 to 34800 /-) + Grade pay Rs. 4600/- 

Training allowance: 30% on band pay and grade pay,

Eligibility criteria: 

a. Officers under central / state governments -  Holding analogous posts OR 3 years service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 550 - 900/- OR 8 years service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 425 - 700/-.

b. Possessing the educational qualification & Experience - Master's degree in physics/chemistry/zoology/Bio-chemistry/Botany/Microbiology from a recognised university. And 3 years experience of analytical methods or research.

Desirable: Experience of working in forensic laboratory.
