Eligibility Criteria: 
Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed the Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Age limit (As on 01.07.2013) : 18 - 36 years.

Application fee: Each candidate must pay Application processing fee and Examination fee = Rs. 100 + Rs. 80.
** SC, ST, BC, PWD and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from fee.
* Note: Candidates belongs to SC, ST, BC hailing from other states are not exemption from the application fee payment.
